"Obama's State Department has removed Iran and Hezbollah  from the official terror watch list. John Kerry, Secretary of State, should be responsible for this, but Alan West says that Obama himself did it.    This is outrageous. Iran is perhaps the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism. Obama's move comes as Gen. David Petreaus says that Iran, not ISIS, is the main threat in the region.
                                                

Hezbollah Terrorists

According to our State Department listing, Iran went on the list on January 19, 1984.    Iran remains as a terrorist country but here our government is trying to sign a treaty about uranium manufacturing with them.  Isn't there a law about mixing in with terrorists? 

Further probing found "most recent unclassified version of the Worldwide Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Communities removed Iran and its proxy group Hezbollah from the list of terror threats. 

The report, published Feb 26, 2015, was delivered to the US Senate by National Intelligence director James Clapper. Despite Iran and Hezbollah being included for years as terror threats, the unclassified report conspicuously dropped them from its list amid the administration's ongoing negotiations with Iran."

Alan West said, "That is correct ladies and gents, the Obama administration has removed the number one state sponsor of terrorism from the list of terrorists — just like they refuse to place the venerable Muslim Brotherhood on that list, or for that matter, the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) — funny, even the UAE and Egypt did."  

"Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) are foreign organizations that are designated by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended. Some have been taken off.  Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine -Hawatmeh Faction lasted for 2 years, from 1997 to 1999.  This is simply a splinter group of PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine). * that went on the list on October 8, 1997.  The group taken off is   referred to as DFLP.  They were taken off the list since they became a small group and were considered minor players today.  The big group is the Popular Front, so they must have blended in with them.  Started in 1967 by George Habash till 2000 and then Ahmad Sadat till the present.  They are found in Judea-Samaria, Gaza, Syria and Lebanon.  Their ideology has been Marxist/Leninist, revolutionary nationalism through armed insurrection and refuse to recognize Israel.  They hijacked planes, shootings, bombings and suicide attacks. 

They assassinated Israeli tourism Minister Rechavam Ze'evei in October 2001, 8 suicide bombings from 2000 to 2005; 14 suicide bombers stopped and arrested 2005.  Israeli bus attacked 2006 with 15 people dead, scores injured.

 It still remains on the State Dept.'s online list on my computer. Being it is on the list, why would Obama recognize Palestine as a state being they have partnered with Fatah (the new name for PLO-terrorists) to run Judea and Samaria as Palestine.  Hamas started in 1987, elected by Gazans in 2006.  Khaled Mashal  has been their leader since 2004 to present time.  They are found in Judea-Samaria, Gaza, and leaders are also in Syria, Lebanon and Iran.  Their ideology is that of the Muslim Brotherhood and say that Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it.  There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad, a Holy War.  It's in the Hamas Charter. 

                                                                        

 They are guilty of shootings, bombings, rocket attacks, suicide missions with the latest being tunneling.  They are closely tied to Syria, Iran and Lebanon.  They are funded by groups in Saudi Arabia, Gulf States, Western Europe, Hezbollah and others.  They're guilty of 773 terrorist attacks from 2003 to 2004, 41 suicide bombings from 1993 to 2000, 58 suicide bombings from 2000 to 2005, and 3, 707 Israelis were killed, 2,076 wounded from Sept. 2000 to April 2004.  29 suicide bombers were foiled and arrested in 2005; 40% of all suicide bombers from 2000 to 22005 from Hamas.  Iran has given Hamas and Hezbollah millions of dollars annually.  Maashal lives in Damascus, Syria and Hamas and Hezbollah signed an agreement in 2004 to increase attacks on Israel.

 He says that Iran has been taken off.  That would be Hezbollah founded in 1982 with a manifesto by 1985.  John Robert Bolton is an American lawyer and diplomat who has served in several Republican administrations. John  said on March 17th  that Iran and Hezbollah have been taken off the terrorist list in concession to the talks going on with Kerry.

Hezbollah are Iranian Revolutionary Guards established by Iran.  They are a Shia Islamic fundamentalist terrorist group and the Lebanese political party.  Their goals are to eliminate Israel and fight "Western imperialism."  They have had shootings, rocket attacks, bombings, kidnappings and suicide bombings.  241 US Marines were killed by their suicide bombers driving a truck.  They hit the barracks and embassy in Beirut 1983.  They beheaded USA CIA Chief William Buckley in Beirut, 1985.  29 were killed in bombing of the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires in 1992.  96 were killed in bombings of Israeli cultural Center in Buenos Aires in 1994.  They were guilty of 813 terrorist attacks from 1990 to 1995.  the kidnapped 3 Israeli border guards and murdered them in 2000.  183 terrorist attacks from May 2000 to May 2004.  they initiated a war across internationally recognized border of Israel by kidnapping 2 IDF soldiers and killed 8 and shelling northern Israeli towns, 2006.  Supports Palestinians terrorist groups.  Set up cells in Judea and Samaria and Gaza.  Continuously attacked across the Israel/Lebanon border.  Operatives now also in Caribbean and Central America, North America and South America.   Hezbollah is holding Lebanon "hostage," many experts say.  Regarded as an illegitimate "state within a state" controlled by Iran and Syria.  Lebanon government has been unable or afraid to dismantle the group.

What's the USA planning on doing; put them back on the terrorist list once a paper is signed by them?  They've never been known to keep a promise.  Israel sees Hezbollah as an Iranian foothold on its northern border and as a serious threat.  Could be because Nasrallah said in 2000 "The destruction of Israel and the liberation of Palestine and Jerusalem...is the principal objective of Hezbollah." Or in 2002 he said, "If the Jews all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide."  Ahmadinejad said in 2005 that "Israel must be wiped off the map....and we shall soon experience a world without the USA and Zionism."  

Designation under the above-referenced authorities also implicates other sanctions laws that penalize persons and countries engaging in certain trade with state sponsors. Currently there are four countries designated under these authorities: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria."

The USA has changed their attitude towards Cuba but not the list. Sudan is loaded with terrorists and so is Syria. 

                                                                                 

Syria's government has practiced much terrorism on their people, enough to drive them out of the country and into refugee camps.  It was their way of dealing with rebels against the state.  After forcing Jews to be ghettoized, their first act of terrorism in my book, I can't have any sympathy for this regime at all. 

                                                                       

 If it wasn't for Judith Feld Carr who managed with her husband to get the Jews out of the country, they would have still been there throughout this nightmare.  Their lives were a nightmare enough as it was.  Judith knew how to talk to Abbas and got them out without a shot being fired.  Now, she'd make a great Sec. of State, except she's from Canada.  She promised they wouldn't go to Israel, where he felt that after what he did to them, keeping them in prison and all, they would have reason to want to attack him.  She kept her promise with most going to Brooklyn, New York.  

People are reporting that Iran and Hezbollah are off the list of terrorists of the State Department.  Now I feel I have verified it.  It's true.  Like sanctions, will they be able to be put back on?  Probably not until after 2016.  This is one of the worst acts I've seen.
